John Flowers (Flat & Industrial Roofing) Ltd was contracted by Vistry (Countryside) to install the UK’s largest SIKA Sarnafil Advanced Technology project as part of a new build development. This £390,000 project involved the application of the UK’s largest SIKA Sarnafil Advanced Technology system, covering an impressive 1,460m² across two roofs.

 

The installation featured a tapered insulation scheme designed to optimise thermal efficiency while maintaining a high-performance waterproofing solution. Additionally, the project included the installation of 230 metres of aluminum capping, further enhancing the roof’s durability and aesthetic appeal. The SIKA single-ply roofing system provided a 25-year guarantee, ensuring long-term protection and resilience against environmental factors.
