John Flowers Ltd is delivering a large-scale pitched roofing programme in Hemlington, covering 49 properties including bungalows, terraces, flats, and a community centre.

The 26-week project includes pitched roofing, canopy roofing, pointing, rainwater goods replacements, and associated scaffold access. Sandtoft double pantiles are being used throughout to ensure a high-quality, durable finish across all roof areas.

With a dedicated Site Manager and Tenant Liaison Officer on site, we are maintaining clear communication with residents, minimising disruption, and ensuring the works run smoothly from start to finish.
